Holly Lyons has been a Behavior Specialist & Dog Trainer since 2016 and works with Personal Clientele, Celebrities and for Karma Dog Training. She is certified with the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CPDT-KA) and is an active member of the Association for Professional Dog Training International (APDT). Holly specializes in teaching 100% Positive Reinforcement Training which creates the most effective and healthy communication between people and their furry family members so living together is a Win-Win for all parties!

Animals have been a big part of Holly's life since she was a child. As an adult, she had a beautiful cat named Coral and a deep love affair with her Chihuahua Rerun who passed in 2016. Being devastated by the loss led her to volunteering at the Lange Foundation everyday which serendipitously led her to Karma Dog training. It felt like the Universe or her dog brought her to this highly rewarding work.

Dogs do not wear clothing, have a job, a cell phone, a TV or computer, or have many other things to keep themselves stimulated the way we do unless we give it to them. Dogs get bored and their mind is idle. Our dogs give us unconditional love and so many other gifts, one of the Greatest Gifts we can give to our dog or an animal companion, is to teach them to think and use the muscle of their mind in a way they cannot teach themself or teach each other.
